New House

This is going to be our new house!!! We feel so blessed to have found this beautiful gem in such a great location. It is so much more than we have ever had for living space and yard space. We are still in shock that the bank accepted our offer. To be fair it is a little dated inside and out but we are excited to have a project(s) for years to come. The kids are excited to have such an awesome house and yard. I'm sure it won't be long 'til they "hound" us into getting a dog. We have already met one of the neighbors  and she was so nice that she offered to share their irrigation water until we can manage to get a share of our own(which she thinks will be impossiblez). We are scheduled to close on the 16th of August and we are already trying to prioritize the project list. With the carpets clean and some fresh paint on some of the walls we will be ready to move in before the end of August. We are so grateful that we get to buy a house again. We have gained such a testimony of tithing and prayer, that the Lord will truly help you get what you want/need when you do what's right and ask with a sincere heart. Here's some pics...enjoy!!
Our (Soon To Be) New House!

Come On In
Mind the cactus!
(probably project number one:loading up the cacti and hauling it to the dump)

Front Room
Upstairs Guest Vintage Bathroom
dont you love the blue
Amelia's Room
Trevor's Room
Master Bath
Master Suite
The carpet matches the guest bath!

Dining Room
Pizzaria anyone?

Kitchen

Laundry Room
"Woman cave"

Utility Room/office
"Man cave"

Garage
Complete with 220V welder plug-in!

Family Room (downstairs)
Carpet is missing due to a minor sewage problem, tree roots, that we hope the bank is paying to fix.

Storage Room (downstairs)
DRY SAUNA!

Mina's Room/Guest room (downstairs)
This is just a pic of the closet, not her room, Tyler missed taking one of the actual room but to paint a picture, the entire room is covered with that b-e-a-u-tiful wood paneling!

America can only exist, if everyone has the opportunity to have a yellow and a blue vintage bathroom. You may notice the wallpaper that pulls the yellow and blue bathrooms together, much like a Gucci clutch and heels can pull a Stella McCartney Oscar's dress together.

BackYard (view from back corner looking at the house)
The back section is fully fenced with chainlink and will be an excellent place to rake the dog poo out of the grass.
The End
Your welcome to come visit anytime once we move in. We are so excited because we will have a place for people to stay with us!

Nice, love the double oven in the kitchen. Maybe instead of replacing the carpet in that one room you can put in a multi-colored disco floor to match the motif. DB
